The Brandon Inn
Policy and Procedures

Facility/Coordination Fee

$1500.00 is required to guarantee the date of your reception. $750.00 is required for Rehearsal dinners. We accept cash, personal checks and cashiers checks. Final bill reflecting additional charges and or credits will be handled the day of or soon after.

Food and Beverage Arrangements

Provided are menu suggestions and pricing. We require that you advise us of selections at your earliest convenience and no later than 30 days prior to the event. We do ask that you provide us with a guest count no later than 4 days prior to your event. This is your guaranteed guest count. Your final bill may reflect additional meals provided to guests and vender. i.e.., Photographer, Band members, etc.

Taxes and Gratuities

9% Vermont meals and rooms tax, 10% alcohol tax, and 17% gratuity will be added to all functions.

Security/Theft Deposit

A $500 refundable deposit is required prior to the event.

Rooms

We ask that you let us know of how many rooms that you'll be needing for yourselves and your guests the day of your event. This is so that we may block out as many rooms or make arrangements as required by you. We do require a major credit card number to hold the reservation for the rooms. Please refer to our room cancellation policy for further details.

Payments Schedule

$1500.00 Facility/Coordination fee. Due at booking
One half of the contract amount is due 30 days prior to the event. Final payment is due the day of.

Restrictions

No food or beverage may be brought in from the outside.

Children 12 and younger must be under direct supervision at all times. Arrangements can be made to provide childcare.

Prices are based on 6 hours from the arrival of guests for cocktails, to the end of the event. From time to time events at the Inn can be extended upon witch we do require $125.00 per hour. Please let us know. Additional arrangements may be required for Food, Music and entertainment.
